Command operators

Every bot command — dynamic commands, /search, /exp//exporter, and category browsing (e.g. /faq) — can only be run by a Telegram group admin, or by a Telegram user listed here. This list is a role one step below admin: it lets someone run commands in any group without giving them full Telegram admin rights (message deletion, banning, group settings, etc.) in that group. A regular member who isn't listed here and isn't a group admin gets a short "not available" reply instead of the command running.

Find a user's numeric Telegram ID by having them message @userinfobot — it only works with the numeric ID, not a @username.
