Master data used by the /lapor command in the ticket-reporting group: SPBU sites, complaint categories, and the specific issues under each category. Members pick from these via buttons when reporting an issue — inactive entries stop showing up as choices but existing tickets keep their original values. See Tickets for submitted reports.
